Weekends

Weekends run from Friday morning to Sunday evening. During the weekend, Teens Encounter Christ through hearing testimonies & Gospel truth, listening to amazing music, sharing their story with their peers and asking questions about faith.

Welcome.
Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) is an inter-denominational organization designed to promote Christianity into the hearts of teens from South Dakota, Iowa, and Minnesota. Open to high school students, the TEC program is formed by teams that help give the candidates (students that go through) an opportunity to know God, growth in their faith, and make many new friendships with people wild about Christ.

What to Bring

1. 3 days worth of comfortable yet conservative clothing - we don't judge your sweatpants
2. Sleeping bag or air mattress - you will be sleeping in the church (and on the floor)
3. Pillow and blanket
4. A towel for showering
5. Swimsuit- it will be for showering since we go to public showers
6. Toothbrush and toothpaste
7. Toiletries
8. Small flashlight

What not to bring.

1. Cell phone - there is plenty of people to talk to
2. Watch - time won't matter, you'll be having too much fun
3. Food - we NEVER run out of food at TEC (please let us know if you have allergies)
4. Tobacco/nicotine devices, drugs, alcohol
5. Money or Wallet - you won't need any
6. Car - please have someone drop you off
7. Camera - we have students taking pictures all weekend
